Domestic Energy Performance Certificate(EPC)

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) tell you how to save money by making your home more energy efficient and reduce carbon dioxide emissions. They will also show if the property is eligible for Green Deal finance.

Floor Plan

While the assessor is visiting the property to produce an EPC why not have a floor plan drawn? This enhances the sale and letting features.

Commercial Energy Performance Certificate

Business properties must have a Commercial EPC if the building is to be sold or rented out and sometimes after refurbishment work. If you are choosing a property from which to run a business, comparing EPCs can help you find the most energy efficient premises.

Display Energy Certificates (DECs) are also required on Public Buildings greater than 1000 sq. metres.
